About Us

  • We are a group of like-minded homeschooling christian families serving students prek-12th grade.

  • We offer a k-12 home school co-op using biblical worldview curricula with graduation being the end goal for all students. Placement for younger children will be available and the option for hired tutors for high school level classes. There will also be opportunities for enrichment for students and parents throughout the year.

  • We will meet weekly throughout the school year for thirty weeks with co-op holidays throughout the year.

  • We believe in parent-directed education and seek to encourage one another and provide a nurturing environment for the educational and spiritual growth of our children and families.

Stacey Merritt

Stacey is a wife and mother to four beautiful children. She and her husband run a homeschool on top of being small business owners. Originally from Wisconsin, she moved to Florida in order to attend Florida Southern College which is where she met her husband on the waterski team. She finished her degree in Education in her husband's hometown of Jacksonville at the University of North Florida. Both her degree and passion are focused on special education and teaching her children. She is also a “heart mom" and is extremely honored to serve the families of Jacksonville through The Healing Hearts Project.

Crystal Farnsworth

Crystal is a mother to two amazing children. They have homeschooled since kindergarten for both.  She is  also a Lactation consultant/RN, currently homeschooling and work part time. Fostering a Christ centered home education for their children is their ultimate goal and feel it is a divine calling. They love the outdoors, especially the beach, good movies and DISNEY!

Thrive Homeschool Co-Op is a parent led home education instructional program meeting weekly. Courses are parent directed and enhance student learning opportunities.
